Close to Watership Down, this self contained garden studio is set in a conservation area on the edge of the North Wessex Downs National Landscape. It has wonderful walks on its doorstep: along the river, on the Overton Jane Austen Trails or towards the Harrow Way and the downs.
Outside
The terrace has outdoor seating to admire the views across Caroline’s own garden and the Test valley. During the day, you can spot wildfowl fly over Polhampton lakes; in the evening, you can catch the sunset with a drink in your hand and, if you are lucky, glimpse our local barn owl out hunting.
Inside
Furnished in kingfisher colours, this tranquil studio offers relaxing, high quality accommodation including a comfortable double bed, a welcoming living area, a separate en-suite shower room and fully fitted kitchen with hob, oven, grill, microwave and integrated fridge freezer.
